Apartment is great. With "sharm" for those who like it old fashioned way.

Noise from the trains and street is significant. Garden was a little bit "forgotten", could be nicer.

Licht und Schatten

Gute Lage in Bahnhof Nähe, Blick über Garten aufs Meer, sehr schön. Kleiner Garten toll für Hunde

Ausstattung ist etwas verwohnt, Besteck ect ist ein Sammelsurium, Coach sehr alt. Im Bad müsste mal neu verfugt werden. Parkplatz ist nur öffentlich verfügbar also muss man suchen.

Lust auf intensives authentisches Aroma und intensive urbane Akustik bei sparsamer Hygiene?

Zentral "direkt" an Straße und Bahnhof gelegen

Durch die Straße und den Bahnhof war es sehr laut, so dass auf der Terrasse kein Gespräch möglich war. Die Wohnung selbst roch sehr unangenehm und wirkte sehr abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Der Geruch erinnert stark an Inkontinenz und mangelnder Hygiene. Die Fugen im Bad waren verschimmelt, die Terrasse ist wegen Lautstärke und mangelnder Pflege eigentlich nicht nutzbar.

Signori disponibili,posizione ottima per la spiaggia ed escursioni in treno, parcheggio con pass.

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Dorf.

Super nette und zuforkommende Vermieterin. Sie war vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet, damit wir ihren Parkplatz und ihre Parkbewilligung übernehmen konnten. Die Wohnung war sauber und super gut gelegen. Direkt am Bahnhof und in 5 Minuten am Strand. Bogliasco ist auch im Hochsommer eher ruhig und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern.

Die Küchenausstattung ist schon etwas alt und sehr gebraucht, so auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer. Da man nah am Bahnhof und Strasse ist, ist es auch nachts sehr laut, mit geschlossenen Fenster war es in Ordnung. Zudem hatte es viele Mücken, wahrscheinlich wegen dem Garten vor der Wohnung.

das kleine Gärtchen vor der Wohnung mit Sicht auf Dorf und Meer ist sehr schön, die Lage zum Zentrum und zum Strand ist perfekt.

für Ende April war es in der Wohnung empfindlich kühl und etwas feucht
