This charming brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Elba, in a quiet street on the outskirts of Capoliveri, nestled in a magical pine forest.
The house has easy access to the beach via hiking trails, but also to Capoliveri.
The closest beaches are in Capo Perla
(15 min on foot) and Ferrato (20 min on foot), which are known for their naturalness and unspoiled nature with little tourism.
In Straccoligno (15 minutes on foot) you will also find the typical tourist beach with deck chairs, restaurants, water sports and entertainment for young and old.
In addition, Capoliveri offers a large selection of good restaurants, bike rental stations, bars, shops and much more.
The property is on two floors with first class views and tasteful decor.
The villa has 3 bright bedrooms, some with direct access to terraces with chill-out areas, and views of Portoazzurro and the Monserrato.
In all bedrooms there is a double bed and closet with good storage options.
In the lower area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. As well as a large table with enough seating for cozy dinners in a relaxed environment.
Both bathrooms (one outside) have a modern and spacious shower.
The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing: in the shade of the covered terrace, here you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea of the island.
A lovingly tended garden surrounds the entire villa and offers a lot of privacy and spectacular nature.

The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way.

Alles in allem sehr schön , allerdings haben die Treppen kein Geländer .
Die Hausherrin wohnt mit auf dem Gelände und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Anwesen hat keine Umzäunung ,so dass der Hund, wenn er so unruhig ist wie unserer ,immer wieder ausgebüxt ist .
Klimaanlage ist keine vorhaben und es war sehr warm.

Wer das Ungewöhnliche liebt, gerne etwas abseits vom Trubel sich inspiriert erholen will, ist bei Pascal, Katharina und Ingrid genau richtig. Wer zudem ein MTB dabei hat und DIE Singletrailumgebung sucht, kommt vollkommen auf seine Rechnung. In bester Erinnerung bleiben die ausgedehnten Zmorge unter der Pergola im lauschigen Vorgarten. Danke.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen von Capoliveri. Die Gastgeber Pascal und Katharina sind wunderbar - sie gaben uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Strände und waren immer ansprechbar für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
