About this house rental
Fully air conditioned, our 3-story townhouse is in an ideal location to relax and explore the south-west of Puerto Rico.
Air conditioner in all living areas. Fully furnished and equipped. Color TV with DISH/Satellite TV, WIFI and stereo included. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with A/C.
The pool is currently open. However, due to COVID-19, government policies can we can change without notice.
The third floor is a large roof top terrace with spectacular views of the Caribbean sunset. Perfect for sipping margaritas, play cards or dominoes or just hang out in the hammock.
Live in our comfortable space while discovering the beautiful Caribbean coast in a rural fishing town. Take a short walk to the beach (less than 300 meters) or just enjoy in the pool within the apt complex.
The property is located in a small gated community of 21 individual condos that has a shared pool and gazebo. Parking available for 2 cars only in the complex. It is walking distance to El Combate Beach, a nice & safe fishing town and a short drive to the historic Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, the beautiful 'Playa Sucia' and Boqueron Beach.

Beautiful condo, great location just south of Cabo Rojo. Really quick drive to Combate Beach, which was lovely with warm calm water. We used the upper patio way more than I thought we would. Pool was really refreshing. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just a wonderful stay.

We stayed 14 days and we had a terrific time. Upon check-in, Gloria gave us a tour of the house and mentioned the rules of the house. The house located in a gated complex was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider renting the house again, the next time we return to PR.

The apartment is in a quiet gated community; it felt very safe even though few of the other apartments were occupied in the middle of the week. For this area far from a major city, the apartment is luxurious. We especially liked having a good washer and dryer and the roof top deck. The deck was too hot on the deck during the day, but fun after dark. The apartment is in walking distance of a good beach and a short drive from the trail to the lighthouse. In general we were very pleased with the rental and would stay here again. The negatives were minor: The kitchen is dark. It would be an improvement to have a light over the sink. There were also a few small ants in the kitchen, but that is normal for a tropical sandy location. We kept our food in the fridge, so it wasn't a problem.
