The apartment appeared to have been recently renovated - everything was in good repair and the appliances were pristine. Amazing ocean view, easy parking in garage or lot, short walk to the water, not in a touristy part of town. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, had everything our family needed, and was in a great location. The balcony and view were also great to enjoy early morning coffee and late night drinks.

The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo is on a beautiful beach. It is south of the busy Cocoa beach area so it is not very crowded and it is very peaceful which we enjoyed. But the condo itself was just so so. The furniture is old and there are stains on the dining room chairs. The slider in the master bedroom is broken and was impossible to open and did not close all the way leaving a gap you could see through to the outside world. The master tub did not drain properly due to a back up of hair. We ended up cleaning it out. Finally the washing machine would not spin correctly. I don't take pleasure in writing a bad review but this condo definitely needs some updating and repairs.
