Included amenities: Pool(not heated), Beautiful Grounds, Walking distance and access to ocean tide pools (water shoes recommended) and if you walk 20 yards through a rocky beach you can access a sandy beach if there low tide. I stay in the condo was extremely relaxing and we had a great time. The children got to see the tide pools and walk along the beach looking for rocks. Our whole week was more than we expected and we really enjoyed it. A special thank you and shout out to our hostess
