About this house rental
03 floors, including a gazebo with gourmet area, WiFi, fully furnished house, full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, duplex refrigerator, stove and gas, microwave, electric water purifier, coffee maker, sandwich maker, etc.
04 rooms, of which:
ROOM 01 downstairs with double bed + single bed, closet and fan; ROOM 02 first floor Queen size bed + single bed + fan + closet + reversible bathroom + balcony;
ROOM 03 double bed + treliche + air conditioning + wood sideboard;
ROOM 04 with 02 single beds + air conditioning + wood sideboard
Hammocks in all rooms on the balcony and terrace (we have 1 hammock available);
There is still comfortable space to accommodate 4 more mattresses in common areas and bedrooms, plus a sofa and hammocks;
02 clean bathrooms, organized and with electric shower;
In addition to the kitchen table with 04 stools, we provide 02 tables, 8 chairs, 04 stools and another table in the gourmet area;
On the third floor we have a gazebo with gourmet area that has a barbecue, a sink with bench and a large table. From here you can see Jacumã and Carapibus beach.
NO POOL, BUT THE HOUSE IS LOCATED LESS THAN 100 METERS FROM THE SEA, JUST WALK 1 BLOCK AND YOU'LL ALREADY GET TO THE BEACH AREA.

Garage for 05 cars (you can also count on land on the side of the house that is also part of the property, where you can park more than 10 cars), and a covered space on the other side, with garden and space to gather the staff ( last picture).
We accept animals as long as you do not do the necessities indoors or eat the furniture.
