Responsible Guest: The primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
Winter Weather Advisory:
During winter months, driving restrictions may apply, requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to ensure peace of mind.

Great place to stay for white Christmas, we are lucky that it snowed during Christmas. We love the cabin, nice and cozy. Close to central business of South Lake Tahoe.

We really loved this place; a little pricey, but we thoroughly enjoyed the space. The living room was cozy by the real fire, the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked, and the bonus dining room/bar was cool. All of the beds upstairs allowed for us to bring an extra couple or 2 singles if desired and the queen-sized bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to park 1 of the cars in the garage so that it didn't get snow on it.

The one futon is so uncomfortable our guests literally left at midnight and went to check into a hotel. The fourth bedroom/loft is really just a rock hard futon in a hallway.
I would recommend only six people but otherwise it was fine.
