The fully renovated studio is located right in the center of La Rosiere resort.
Close to shops (50m) and ski lifts (300m 5 minutes).
Facing south with breathtaking views of Mont Pourri, the Bourg St Maurice valley, les Arc.
Ski school and daycare for children nearby. Free shuttle nearby.
Winter ski area San Bernardo area with connection to the tile station (Italy)
Summer hiking circuits for young and old from Fort de la Traversette you can admire Mont-Blanc
close to the Italian border Courmayeur, Aosta valley, Mont-Blanc tunnel.
EQUIPMENT
Integrated kitchen with built-in oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, 1-bowl sink.
Bathroom: shower, sink, wall-hung toilet, electric water heater, heated towel rail, storage column, vanity unit.
Main room including: a sofa (Rapido 2-seater system (140x200) a BZ sofa (140x200)
Household linen not provided (possibility of rental at the Rosiere counter 0617985105)
PROVIDE DUVET COVERS for both sofas
A wardrobe, a sideboard, flat screen TV, chairs, stools, folding table on the wall.
A balcony with storage cabinet
HOUSEWORK
The cleaning must be done before the vacationers' departure (main room, bathroom, kitchen) and the garbage cans emptied.
In the event of cleaning not carried out, a lump sum of fifty euros (50 €) will be retained on the deposit.

L'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel.
La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique depuis le balcon.
L'appartement est bien situé, on accède à pied aux commerces, aux remontées mécaniques et cours de l'ESF.
Le propriétaire est très sympa.

Excellent séjour dans ce studio très bien placé avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Idéal pour une semaine de ski en famille. Nous recommandons.

Le studio est bien équipé avec une très jolie vue. La communication avec le propriétaire et la réceptionniste était parfaite. Je recommande vivement.
Cependant nos voisins étaient particulièrement bruyants, mais cela ne dépend que d’eux...
