Recent house with 5 rooms in a very quiet small subdivision, on the edge of the forest.
It is located 4 km from Contis Plage.
The house is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 with the possibility of bringing them together to make a large bed and 2 bunk beds 90), 1 dining-living room with 2 sofas, 1 open kitchen (oven , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ...), 1 bathroom with shower + wc, 1 separate wc.
Provision of duvets and pillows, baby bed, tea towels, cleaning products, board games, children's books, DVD, ...

Secure cycle path to go to the beach. Free bus shuttle.
Equestrian center, aquabranche, restaurant, mini-market, ...
INSURANCE

CONTIS BEACH
Contis beach is a huge beach of fine sand.
It is monitored throughout the summer season.
Further, if you wish, you can find an unsupervised beach which can be frequented by people who prefer to sunbathe in the 'natural' way ... It's up to everyone, because there is room for everyone without bothering anyone.

Beach also very famous for board sports: surfing, windsurfing ...
These sports are practiced throughout the year.

The Little Ones

We had a nice stay in this lovely, nicely decorated house. It was absolutely clean and we had everything we needed. The beach is about 15 min by bike, the way is easy and safe. Communication with Catherine and Tony was easy and kind. We love to come back soon.

Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans la maison. Rénové avec goût. Si vous rechercher la tranquillité tout proche de la côte c'est la location idéal. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants merci encore. Nous souhaitons juste préciser que si vous y séjournez en automne ou en hiver il faudra prévoir en plus de la location le coût de l'électricité car nous avons chauffé la maison.

Dans un cadre charmant, une maison neuve qui s'intègre parfaitement au paysage. Une maison très pratique à vivre que l'on investit dès l'arrivée : l'équipement notamment en cuisine est juste "bluffant", les mulitples possibilités de rangement tant dans les pièces communes que dans les chambres permettent de se sentir tout de suite chez soi. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ne gâte rien et c'est bien agréable à l'arrivée de trouver dans le frigo et placards des denrées de base. Un seul bémol, mais qui nous en sommes sûrs va être rapidement réparé : les "petites fuites" de la salle de bain. C'est décidé, la prochaine fois on vient en été :) !
