This approximately 230-square-meter dream villa, built in the Andalusian style, features 3 spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, 2 beds pushed together, each measuring 200 x 100 cm, and 2 single beds measuring 200 x 100 cm), all with en-suite bathrooms, 2 sun terraces, and a patio typical of Andalusia.
A comfortable home with upscale amenities awaits you, accommodating 4 to a maximum of 6 people, with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean from every room. The villa features fiber-optic Wi-Fi for multiple computers, an open fireplace, and a large TV in the living room, as well as a patio sheltered from the wind and heat and a spacious terrace, all set in a sprawling garden with many palm trees and tropical plants, and featuring a private solar-heated swimming pool. This is a very well-equipped villa for enjoying and relaxing, whether in the garden, by the swimming pool, or on the beach adjacent to the garden. When you rent the house, you will be the only guests in the villa.

Surroundings—The villa is located directly on the beach of the small bay “Bahia de la Plata,” also known as “Playa de los Alemanes,” in the Atlanterra residential development. It’s ideal for walks on the beach, in the hinterland of the bay within the adjacent national park, and along the coast. There are excellent opportunities for golf, with several courses within about 40 minutes’ drive. Several surf schools for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoiling are located nearby. In the surrounding mountains, you can visit Paleolithic caves, observe eagles, vultures, and a variety of other wild birds, and enjoy excellent hiking and mountain biking. The Roman ruins of “Baelo Claudia” are located in the next bay over, Playa de Bolonia. In about 30 minutes, you can reach Tarifa, the windsurfing and kitesurfing mecca offering numerous other recreational activities, such as dolphin and whale watching, as well as boat trips to Morocco.

The nearest village, “Zahara de los Atunes,” has become one of the most popular destinations in Andalusia. Year after year, it attracts more and more local and international tourists. The name of this town, located not far from the southernmost tip of Europe, has its origins in the tradition of tuna fishing, which is still practiced here today using the millennia-old “Almadraba” method. Far from mass tourism, Zahara has preserved its roots, allowing visitors to enjoy the charm of an authentic fishing village and the friendly, distinctive character of its residents. Zahara is one of Andalusia’s “Pueblos Mágicos”—a designation meaning “Magical Town” that is awarded to particularly charming places.
