About this apartment rental
The modern apartment (54 m2) is very quiet, modern and well equipped. It is in the top row of the large "Monsenor" complex, which was built in a south-east orientation directly into the steep slope. This gives you a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the mountains from the terrace (18 m2). You can reach the property with 6 lifts, 3 of which are spacious panoramic lifts.
Playa del Cura beach is 300 meters away. The white Caribbean-like beach "Amadores" can be reached on foot in 30 minutes or by bus in less than 10 minutes.
The living area has a sofa bed, flat screen TV with German programs and telephone. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with a fridge (freezer), dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and toaster and blender. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
A tapas bar, a pool bar, sun terraces, four swimming pools, one of them with a children's slide, a playground, a tennis court invite you to linger, swim and play. There is also a German bakery with breakfast options and a mini market with fresh fruit and vegetables on the ground floor. A hairdresser is on the first floor. WLAN (slow connection) is free of charge (password). The front desk is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. The receptionist also speaks German and English.
In the immediate vicinity (300 m) of the complex there is a bus stop, a taxi rank and a shopping center with supermarket, bars and restaurants.
A stay at the Monsenor complex is ideal for a couple or a family with a child, for all those looking for peace and relaxation. Smokers and pets are not allowed.
The golf course "Anfi Tauro" is very popular, especially since it is only 3 km away. Puerto Rico with its large shopping center and a variety of restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes by taxi. From the airport, the facility can be reached in 40 minutes via the motorway or by bus no. 91 in 50 minutes. Las Palmas is 60 minutes away by bus.

Just returned from a lovely stay for a fortnight in Elisabeth's apartment. We always stay somewhere with great views and this was no exception with sublime vistas of the sea, beaches and hills. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and perfect for self catering with everything and I mean everything provided. The terrace is large with adjustable awnings and is in fact the best place we have stayed for the outside space as my partner prefers the shade whilst I favour the sun and we were both accommodated perfectly. The location also means that you have the sun from sunrise until around 16.00. The complex itself is quiet with mostly couples staying I think and the walk down to the beach is only a few minutes. Parking we found no issues right outside in the street although we did not use the car much at all. We will definitely return and would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a tranquil location with stunning views close to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches.

Everything was just as the reviews said. You do not need anything other than yourself and the views are something else. Elisabeth is so kind and welcoming. Husband has just retired and it has been a perfect start to this

Wir verbringen seit ca. 10 Jahren unseren Urlaub fast ausschließlich in Ferinwohnungen. Daher haben wir bereits viele Eindrücke und natürlich auch Erfahrungen sammeln können. Diese Ferienwohnung gehört mit Abstand zu den besten unserer bisherigen Wahl.
Die Besitzerin Elisabeth ist eine überaus nette und zugängliche Person, mit der man ganz toll kommunizieren kann. Sie gibt gute Tipps für alle Highlights der Insel und ist stets erreichbar - sowohl über ihr Handy, als auch das Festnetz, was von großem Vorteil ist. Nochmals vielen Dank, liebe Elisabeth!
Die Ausstattung und Lage entsprechen genau den Bildern - wenn nicht noch besser. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen, und keinen Komfort von zu Hause zu vermissen. Ich denke da an die Waschmaschine, den Geschirrspüler, die ganzen Reinigungsprodukte für alle Möglichkeiten, die Kaffeemaschine ....und, und ...! Wir wurden auch ganz toll mit Pralinen, Wein, Obstschale, Wasser, Milch, Kaffee ... begrüßt - habe bestimmt noch einige nette Details vergessen.
Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden (Muellbeutel, Gewuerze, Spuelmittel ...), man benötigt eigentlich nur den individuellen Bedarf.
Um nochmals auf die Wohnung zurückzukommen - sie ist super sauber, es gibt einen Balkon mit tollen Sitzmöbeln für alle Mahlzeiten und Liegen sowie einem atemberaubenten Ausblick. Wir haben dies im Februar bei 20,5 Grad am Abend und ca. 26 Grad am Tag genießen können. Das war einfach super schön! Es ist pure Erholung angesagt!
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zu Fuß erreicht man einen Lebensmitteldiscounter "Spar" (vielleicht 400 m und in der Anlage befindet sich ein deutscher Bäcker mit leckeren Brötchen (außer Dienstag - Ruhetag).
Wir hatten ein Mietauto - dies ist aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da es eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe (auch nur maximal 400 m zu Fuß) gibt. Die Busse fahren im 4 bis 15 minütigem Takt ab 1,40 € in alle Richtungen.
Wir haben bereits erneut gebucht. Dies spricht für sich.
