About this apartment rental
Our small, privately run 2 room holiday home (approx. 40 sqm) is located in Pruchten, a small village on the south side of the Bodden coast. The bright, tastefully furnished rooms face west, were completely renovated in autumn 2014 and lovingly furnished for you. The adjacent terrace is ideal for sunbathing and barbecues in the evening. A parking space is available on the property.
The apartment is equipped with a central heating system and can therefore be used all year round. A free WiFi connection is also available.
The village is located on the edge of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The best sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea are located about 5 km away on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The Zingst and Prerow seaside resorts can also be easily reached by bike from here. The bike path runs right past the property.
But not only bathing vacationers get their money's worth. The Bodden almost on the doorstep invites you to all kinds of water sports such as B. Surf, kite surf or canoe. In Pruchten there is a campsite with a restaurant and playground, a riding stable, bakery, inn, ice cream shop. Harbor and sports field a lot of rest for relaxation in beautiful nature.
The crane trains in spring and autumn are a natural spectacle of a special kind. During this time, up to 40,000 of these birds are in the region, the largest resting area for cranes in Europe. During the day you can watch thousands of 'birds of luck' in the fields, at dusk flying into the sleeping areas.
It is about 3 km to the Vineta city of Barth. There are u. a. good shopping and a large port with excursion and ferry.
It is 40 km to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen.

Genau wie beschrieben: Eine schöne Wohnung und eine nette Vermieterin.
Von hier aus erreicht man auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell Zingst und Barth.

Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für 2 Personen ideal geeignet. PKW kann auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Vermieterin wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und gab uns interessante Hinweise zu Sehenswertem/Wanderrouten auf dem Darß.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
