About this apartment rental
We offer in our house to an apartment on the first floor with separate entrance. The studio is about 40 square meters in size, light and bright with a large, partly covered roof terrace. You have a wide view south to the Pegnitzauen. The equipment is high quality, partly with old furniture.
Two beds can be provided individually or as a double bed. If required, the sleeping area can be separated by a curtain from the living area. Linen provided.
In a niche there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and hob. All necessary kitchen utensils are naturally present in case something more is needed, we help out much.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Parking for one car on the plot. The train station is a five minute walk, by train you are in 30 minutes in Nuremberg main station ..
The area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities; Walkers and cyclists are in good hands here, climbers go just a few kilometers. The Pegnitz, a quiet river walking can be bepaddelt; a lake, an outdoor pool and a spa with sauna invite you to swim and relax.

Eine kleine sehr schöne Wohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ökologisch durchdacht und gestaltet. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment is gorgeous with a spacious tarace and a complete and functional kitchen. The hosts Paul and Warja are the nicest people and the area is beautiful. Plus, there is a milk tank station a short walk away! We had experienced one of those in Switzerland before and to us one of those things is such an event! (And the milk is delicious too, so what more can you want?)
Truly, this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had in a rented vacation home. The hosts were so nice and so considerate. We had a lovely evening with them in their gorgeous garden and they were full of advice and great tips and they would even borrow us some more specific kitchen equipment from their own kitchen. There was hand sanitizer for the whole corona thing, the furniture was beatiful, the furniture was comfortable, the view was enormously relaxing, and somehow there were no mosquitoes. (Don't ask me how that's possible).
Also the area was great. So many wonderful towns to visit, so many beautiful walks to go on, we were able to do and see only a fraction of what we actually wanted to.
Having the train station and a bakery around the corner was also very convenient!
This has become a bit incoherent and rambly. Let me.conclude by saying: All around lovely and we would love to return one day.

Stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung,
Große, nicht einsichtige Dachterrasse mit Liegestühle und Tisch. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren. Mal mehr, mal weniger hört man die B14. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
