Great house for our family vacation. There were ten people ages 17-86. Home is spacious and comfortable. Location is great. 5 minute drive to South Cape Beach. 12 minute walk to New Seabury Marketplace. Pool is beautiful. Highly recommend.

The house was everything they said it would be. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. The young ones enjoyed games in the garage and of course the pool.

My family and I stayed here for a few days over the holiday break. The house was just as described with many comfy rooms and plenty of room to spread out. My kids especially loved the game room and the whole family enjoyed playing foosball!The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and only a short drive from shopping and yummy restaurants and the beach. As it was winter we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the outside areas all looked very well maintained. Hopefully we can come back when it’s warm!The owner was responsive and helpful throughout.
