About this villa rental

Summary:

This villa is situated in a quiet location with views of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The total living space is distributed over 1 large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and an open-plan kitchen. The house has 2 air conditioning units (one in the upper master bedroom and the second in the living room), the two other bedrooms downstairs each have a fan.

The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a sun terrace and green areas.



The Space:

Solid construction, tiled floors, PVC insulated glass windows, oil central heating, 2 air conditioners. There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom upstairs, but unfortunately none in the two downstairs bedrooms, these have only 2 fans. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, iron, fitted wardrobes, two shower rooms, sun terrace, private pool with outdoor shower, lawns, SAT TV, WIFI internet, 2 carport, BBQ, washingmachine...

Bed size: 1 bed is 1,50m x 1,90m and the other bed has 2 mattresses with 0,90m x 2,00m,

and 2 single beds 0,90m x 1,90m.



Guest Access:

We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.



The Neighborhood:

Very nice quiet location on the mountain Montgo. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The distance to the center and the sea is about 15 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.



Optional services:

- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.

- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.

- x1 high chair for 20€/baby

- x1 cot for 20€/baby

- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.



For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

Interaction with Guests:

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.

Huset er som vist i annonsen. Små soverom og litt harde madrasser. Kunne trenge AC i alle soverom, men vi klarte oss med vifter også. Bassenget hadde litt uklart vann de første dagene, men det ble fikset av personalet. Utsjekk gikk greit. Strøm for to uker: EURO 100. Da gikk AC praktisk talt kontinuerlig. Vi koste oss i dette huset!

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en familia. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y respirar el aire de la naturaleza. Lo mejor de la casa es sin duda la parte exterior. El interior está bien, aunque hay algunas cositas que se podrían mejorar porque la casa es antigua. En cualquier caso, eso no ha sido un impedimento para disfrutar. La limpieza y el orden de 10 y la recepción al llegar también.

Die Anmietung und Abwicklung der Vermietung lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Haus bewohnten wir mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Das Haus ist aus Dénia über verzweigte, teils enge und baufällige Straßen aber dennoch gut zu erreichen. Fußläufig lässt sich die Umgebung nicht gut sicher erkunden. In der Nachbarschaft war es offenbar üblich, freitags bis spät in die Nacht lautstark Fiestas zu feiern. Teilweise auch häufiges Hundegebell. Ansonsten war es aber sehr ruhig. Das Haus wurde ins sehr sauber übergeben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, wenn auch stellenweise in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Esszimmerstühle). Gute Internetversorgung über WIFI. Die Brüstung der Dachterrasse wirkt baufällig und im Terassen- und Poolbereich finden sich scharfe Bruchkanten. In den Bädern vereinzelt fehlende oder lose Fliesen. Die Absicherung der elektrischen Hausinstallation für Kinder könnte besser sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.
