Imagine your whole group staying in one home, with each couple in their own private bedroom suite. At CASA SUITE CASA in the Casa Marina district, all four bedrooms are laid out as suites; each with a private bathroom and flat screen TV. And that's just the beginning! A large private pool surrounded by calming waterfalls and tropical gardens, an expansive living area with ample seating for the entire group around the state-of-the art 70 inch flat screen TV and an ideal location close to all of Key West's attractions make this serene home a true vacation gem.
THE LOCATION...
The Casa Marina district of Old Town Key West is one of the prime residential neighborhoods on the island. Just one block from the Casa Marina resort and beaches, CASA SUITE CASA offers the perfect balance of a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle while only being a short walk to Key West's best attractions. You'll be right around the corner from famous local restaurants like Louie's Backyard and Salute on the Beach and only four short blocks from the action at upper Duval Street.
THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE...
As you enter through the front door, the high ceilings and calming island tones immediately offer a serene feeling. To your left is the home office, offering an isolated area to catch up on business or just relax with a book. (As a note, the computer pictured in the photo is not included in the property.)
Moving down the hallway you'll find the open gourmet kitchen separated from the main living area by a bar island with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances and has everything you need to whip up a meal at home, or heat up your leftovers from dinner at one of Key West's great restaurants.
The dining area is just across from the kitchen, with space for up to eight diners at the fabulous dining table. There is also a bar area just off the dining space.
The main living area is the perfect place to lounge on a rainy day or to escape the sun for a bit. You can't help but enjoy the enormous 70 inch flat screen HD TV, which is accompanied by a luxury entertainment center and a set of leather couches and chairs that offer plenty of space for a group to stretch out and relax. The French doors to the back yard open off of the living area. Enjoy the view of the pool and lush landscaping from the main living area. The downstairs hall bathroom also has a large glass shower, so you can quickly rinse off after the beach.
THE POOL and GROUNDS...
This large, freestanding home has a grassy front lawn with a shady front porch and garden. The private driveway offers off-street parking as well as additional parking on the quiet streets surrounding the property.
The back yard is truly one of the highlights of this home. Lush landscaping complete with beautiful orchids creates the ultimate island feel. The large private heated pool has a waterfall and is surrounded by a garden of palm trees and ferns that block the street and surround you with privacy. The pool area gets great sunlight all day and the luxurious chaise lounge and patio furniture offer the ideal place to sit and read a book or enjoy a cocktail. There is also an outdoor dining set with seating for six and a deluxe Weber gas grill for creating a great outdoor meal for a group.

CASA SUITE CASA is so named because of the unique design of the accommodations: Each bedroom is a suite with an en-suite bathroom, lounge areas, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs. In CASA SUITE CASA no one gets the stuck with a tiny bedroom.
• First Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, direct balcony access, full closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
• Second Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, direct balcony access, full closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
• Third Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a raised bathtub, dual sinks, and a large marble shower.
• Fourth Master Suite: Located on the Third Floor with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower.

From check-in and opening the front door for the first time (happy) to check-out and locking up as we left (sad), the experience at Casa Suite Casa in Key West was the best vacation ever. Our family enjoyed the month stay and the people at Last Key Realty who manage the property were responsive to every question or request very promptly. We adjusted to some of the typical home issues, like plumbing, but the Last Key Maintenance were pleasant and on the spot when called. I could text Victor with a question or ask Charlie to recommend a charter and book it with ease. The house felt like a home and is perfectly called Casa Suite Casa.

Casa, Suite Casa was even better in person. From the minute we walked in we fell in love and felt at home. From the comfortable furniture in the living area, the great dinning area and then the amazing kitchen - what more could you ask for? But yes there was more. The office down stairs was a great place to sit and read and have a quiet drink.
The pool and pool area were so inviting. Our children and grandchildren came for a week while we were there. The kids ages 6 - 12 lived in the pool. Diving for pennies, learning to snorkel before we took them out for real! Plenty of great pool towels right by the back door.
Having a bathroom on the main level works out great for everyone.
Upstairs each bedroom is a private suite - private bath so no sharing!
So if you are looking for a corner of paradise in Key West. This is the home for you. You can walk to Case Marina and to Higgs Beach. We rented Bikes, but you can walk.
