The communication was super confusing because there was a chain for multiple people that we needed to talk to an information didn’t get relayed to the correct people. They allowed us to check in late which was super nice but something got miscommunicated and it wasn’t a super pleasant experience talking with the owners. Overall the house was nice, you can tell it is an older place but was great for what we needed it for.

Far from being a good experience. Until last minute I didn't know if I would be able to check in. In the very last momento a woman from the management company took my call and gave me the codes to enter. If you are two people consider that there is only one key and is tangled with the electricity key. So you probably must do all the things together or coordinate if you have to split. The don't want to give you a second key. Nightlife if gone considering that there is a hard hand to open the door. Someone from inside has to open the door. Very inconvenient. The bed blocks the entire middle of the room. In order to cross to the bathroom and the second room you must to walk on the side of yourself to pass. Not sure if someone with big legs would be able to cross the bed. The area is nice, out side the noisy area and walkable even at night.

Pros: neighborhood was nice, great location to train station and small, but offers plenty of room. Cons: Owner did not respond to any messages until I was able to have someone call them. Although most of the apartment is clean, the bathroom needs some help. Floor was not washed, shower is moldy. The worst part is that they have bedbugs in one of the beds. I have about 100 bites on my arms, hands, legs and any other exposed part of my body. I am miserable and have been home now for 2 days. Overall, I would seriously reconsider staying here. You will not be happy.

La casa non è in condizioni ottimali, la stanza del frigo puzza da morire fa lacrimare gli occhi, c'è molta polvere e un mare di zanzare. Le zanzariere di notte sono necessarie perché dormire con la finestra chiusa in questo periodo significa smettere di respirare dopo pochissimo, ma ci sono troppe zanzare per tenere le finestre aperte. Da qui il mio appello. Dentro la casa c'è un passaggio strettissimo, sconsigliatissimo per i bambini che rischiano di sbattere la testa contro la finestra ad ogni passaggio, è abbastanza pericoloso. La posizione della casa è ottima, ma tutto sommato è buona solo per dormirci (e nemmeno tanto viste le zanzare), inoltre ho il sospetto che il letto matrimoniale abbia le cimici.

J'ai réservé pour cet appartement pour avoir 2 chambres. A l'arrivée on m'indique qu'en étant 4 on ne peut avoir qu'une chambre et la 2ème chambre reste fermée !? Appartement propre, bien situé dans le presque centre de Florence. Immeuble bruyant (quasi que des appartements en location de vacances) Pas assez de matériel : pas de cafetière, pas de grille pains, 2 pauvres couteaux seulement ... Chambre accueillant 2 lits (2 places et 1 place), mais on doit se faxer entre le lit et le mur pour aller aux toilettes ... pièce trop petite ; on entasse les lits pour accueillir plus de personnes ...
