Bom Retiro, literature & coffee

Mesmo sendo um apartamento compartilhado, nós nos sentimos muito bem, à vontade e confortáveis. Antoniel é um excelente anfitrião e nos deixou muito à vontade. Marcelo (proprietário acredito eu) respondeu todas as minhas perguntas rapidamente. As instalações são muito boas, o apartamento é bem grande e muito bonito. A localização é perfeita porque sempre vou ao Bom Retiro quando estou em SP. Amei a experiência e vou voltar com certeza.

Eu fiz confusão com a reserva , porém o senhor Marcelo foi bem gentil e me auxiliou , Antoniel quem me recebeu também foi bem gentil. A localização é ótima, tem tudo por perto e sem contar que as ruas não tem aglomeração de viciados, pena que por motivos pessoais não pode aproveitar o local como quería .

Não posso dizer que não gostei , é a primeira vez que me hospedo em um ap. compartilhado , porém os outros inquilinos não estavam , então fiquei só, mas volto a afirmar adorei o local e voltaria a me hospedar novamente. Tudo perto.

Great renovated apartment. Spacious room and very comfortable bed! This neighborhood is very centralized and has a lot of restaurants and stores around. Just be a little cautious at night (like everywhere in Sao Paulo) This is a room where you share the apartment whith the owner Marcelo! But I guarantee you’re gonna love him!

Nothing to say

The room was very clean, comfortable and spaciouse for the two of us. The whole apartment has a very modern feel. The host is also excellent and very friendly! Had a super pleasant stay - thank you :)

The location is pretty rough especially at night, with streets empty and taxi drivers warning us to go straight into the building and not walk around. However, the taxi can stop right outside and the building is very secure.
