El tamaño del apartamento. La ubicación. Las instalaciones comunitarias (parking privado con plaza asignada, piscina y pista de pádel). El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades. La persona que lo gestiona es una gran profesional siempre atenta y dispuesta.

The property is a block from the beach. Consum is directly across the street which is handy. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The grounds are well maintained.
The apartment is clean, has a nice balcony and is functional.
Overall it is a good place to stay.
We were a bit surprised there was no soap provided for washing hands. There are no little touches like providing salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, only one garbage bag and no cutting board. If you are only staying a few nights it’s a pain to purchase these things, however if you are staying longer Consum is across the street and there is a Chinese shop nearby.
