Great location, VERY DIRTY APARTMENT
Great location for skiing and the town
The apartment was filthy; ALPES IMMOBILIER rely on guests to do the cleaning (the extra cleaning charges are extortionate) but then they do not check that after each booking that the chalet is cleaned properly.
We were very upset and so disappointed when we arrived and saw the state of the accommodation, for example:
- The seat cushions in the living room were covered in very visible stains
- The rugs/ mats in the living room clearly had not be changed from the previous guests and were brown with dirt
- The toaster & oven were dirty from previous cooking use
- The mattress covers were stained and had hairs on them
- The blankets in the bedroom were smelly
- There were balls of dust and hair behind every door
- The place-mats on the kitchen table had been snapped in half
In addition to the above, ALPES IMMOBILIER were rude and unhelpful when I pointed out that there is no mop for me to clean the floor at the end of our stay- I ended up doing the entire apartment on my hands and knees with a rag because they threatened to charge if the place was not clean.
We left the chalet much cleaner than when we received it.
Finally, the majority of the furniture is very old and delicate and at extreme risk of breaking during normal day to day use- not ideal for a holiday let (we were worried that something would break through no fault of ours and ALPES IMMOBILIER would lots of money for a replacement).
We will never go back here and never use ALPES IMMOBILIER again- the accommodation in Le Grand Bornand (where we usually stay) is much nicer and much nicer people.

Chalet bien placé et confortable.
Cher mais les prix sont devenus presque inabordables ces temps-ci. L'obligation de récupérer les clés à l'agence implique une arrivée avant 18h, ce qui est très contraignant un jour d'affluence sur les routes. Sinon, c'est 15 eur de plus. C'est un peu abusé je pense. La machine a café est un Senseo tout compte fait. La véranda venait d'être vernis et vu l'odeur, il était impossible d'y être.
