Good wifi, comfortable bed and sofa, towels provided, tea bags sugar etc provided. Nice furnishings.
No disabled parking, parking is a but of a bun fit, people not parking properly, had noisy neighbours upstairs.

A very nice flat with fast Wi-Fi – 36 Mbps. A pub with good food just around the corner, thought it only had draught beer from Cornwall rather than a local Yorkshire beer—very strange and very costly transport.
A weird layout. Having parked the car, the only way to the front door is across a grassed area – not good in these wet times. French windows in the bedroom with seats outside, but the seats are almost in the road and look out into the rubbish collection area. There are no EV chargers in the resort.
