The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a comprehensive array of amenities not typically found in standard accommodations, including a washing machine, dishwasher, complimentary internet access, Netflix , a fan, teabags, and milk, ensuring all necessities for a refreshing beverage. The property was meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated. This is our second visit to the property, and it won't be our last. It's handy for Filey and surrounding areas.

Good wifi, comfortable bed and sofa, towels provided, tea bags sugar etc provided. Nice furnishings.
No disabled parking, parking is a but of a bun fit, people not parking properly, had noisy neighbours upstairs.
