Bayside at Middleton is a spacious and well appointed holiday villa situated near the shores Middleton Bay.
Bayside at Middleton is fully self-contained, featuring three bedrooms (sleeps 6), two bathrooms as well as a large open living and dining area with all the comforts of home making it ideal for families and couples.
Enjoy a well earned break in beautiful Albany and take the time to visit the stunning natural wonders and historic attractions of the Great Southern.
Swim, dive & fish in the magnificent waters or just bask on the pristine beaches. Then take time out to indulge your senses in the fine wine and fresh produce of the region.

From the moment you arrive, you will feel right at home in the quality comforts of Bayside at Middleton.
The interior is tastefully finished with quality floor tiles and curtains throughout, while the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you comfortable indoors all year round.
Quality country style timber furniture is a feature of this luxury villa, including two queen size and two single beds with warm doonas and comfortable pillows. All rooms have plenty of drawer and hanging space.
The living area has a stunning high ceiling and is furnished with two comfortable 3-seater lounge suites, a large 65" LED smart TV, free Netflix, Wifi and stereo system. There is also a large dining table with seating for six and a well equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, air fryer and fridge.
Outside is a beautiful courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque. The courtyard is a perfect place to sit and listen to the waves from the nearby beach and take in the beautiful natural bush outlook.
The deck area at the front of the villa is the perfect place to read a book in the afternoon sun or enjoy some afternoon tea.
For the children, we have a toybox, lounges and LED TV in the bedroom. We also have a fenced courtyard and full size bath in the bathroom. We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with access path directly down to the beach.
In case you need it, there is a laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer as well as storeroom for your bikes, boogie boards and golf clubs!

Our rates from September 2024 are as follows:
Off-Peak Period from: $185.00 per night*
Peak Period from: $200.00 - $220.00 per night* (Christmas/New year holiday period) Rates listed based on two people accommodated in same bedroom. Property has 4 beds and can sleep a maximum 6 people.
Extra persons incur additional charges.
Off Peak and Peak period rate is $50.00 per extra person per night.
For guests requesting separate bedrooms and bathrooms expect to pay an additional guest charge of $50/night to cover additional cleaning of bedroom and bathrooms.

Since the pandemic, all bedrooms and bathrooms not required by guests are key locked, to reduce cleaning requirements and costs.
Prices quoted include linen and towels for paying guests.
Please note we do have a three (3) night minimum stay for all bookings
Minimum stays are:
Three (3) nights for Long Weekends and WA school holidays.
Four (4) nights for Easter and Christmas school holidays
Five (5) nights over Christmas and New Year.

Unit was spotless clean and kitchen very well equipped. No air con or fan in main bedroom so got a bit hot but the living areas were very cool with excellent aircon.Backyard courtyard with BBQ was adequate but shame it is fenced in with no view of natural bush surrounding unit.Checkin process super easy. Overall we had a lovely stay with everything we needed and would definitely return.

House was clean except the outdoor area. House and kitchen supplied with everything you could need which was appreciated. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location was ok but when we booked it they show a photo of the front of the unit then next photo is of a beach view, which is a little mis leading because it makes it out that that’s the view, this place had no view, the photos shown are of locations around Albany,
The unit though is well maintained clean neat & tidy. It has a hot plates but no oven.
There are Two sliding doors facing front driveway of the unit, one goes into the front lounge area and the other to master bedroom that also faces the driveway. Could not open the curtains to the master bedroom because people going in and out of there units can see you in bed.
Glass door locks but sliding fly screen doors lock from inside not outside
There were no tea towels to dry dishes
Overall it was ok but just a little disappointed
