About this house rental
Cozy country house with interior patio. Ideal place to relax, spend a few days in the countryside and be able to visit the monumental and lively city of Salamanca. Tourist apartment together with Casa Fresno with the possibility to rent together, or separately each one. They offer a pool in summer for the exclusive use of Casa Olmo and Casa Fresno guests. Completely equipped and cozy, with all the comforts in the middle of the field.
The Olmo house has a spacious living room, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything you need; you will feel at home! Olmo has a shared patio with its own space to sit, have dinner, breakfast or read quietly. The private spaces of the other houses must be respected. It has a private garden of 240 m. which is accessed from the patio, with great views of the sunset of Castilla.
To rest but about 17 km. of Salamanca with all its cultural, nocturnal, tourist and pinchos life. There are several typical Castilian villages in the surroundings, and you can walk to the river Tormes. A few kilometers away is the Zarapicos Golf Course. The adjacent homes belong to other tenants.
Well located to visit Las Arribes and one hour from Portugal. Nearby, there is one of the best restaurants in Spain, in a village hidden in the pasture of Salamanca.

All you need for a quiet get away or base for travelling the area

Stayed in Casa Ol. I for 3 months and cannot complain about anything.
Was renting for work secondment and loved the pool at evenings and quiet location, sitting out in the garden area and taking in the sun.
Car required for all activities and ammenaties as it is very remote but perfect for the person looking for total qiuet in Day and the evening.
