Newly remodeled bathrooms & plush furniture ensure comfort as you sleep in king suites with luxury Serta mattresses. Other features include a remodeled great room, a bonus reading room, 3 TVs w/movie apps, & high-speed internet. SMC is equipped w/a washer/dryer, carport, & plenty of privacy. Enjoy access to 3 pools in summer months.

Our property management office is conveniently located in the center of Gatlinburg, and our local staff provides assistance 24/7. Our office is open daily from 8:00am–4:30pm, and staff is on call after hours every day for emergency needs.

We got into town late and the after hours check-in was a breeze. As soon as we got into the house we saw a black bear out of the bedroom window! We were there for three nights and even though we spent a fair amount of time in town, we ended up having three or four bear sightings. The house was clean and there was enough cookware and supplies to support our meal plan while we were there which made it nice to not have to bring those items with us. We had a great view and it felt private even with the other vacation rentals around us. I feel like (in a post-COVID world) the price we paid was on par with the experience, location, and amenities we received.

This was a perfect cottage for my family, with the 2 king suites and extra office space it was great for our week long stay. My kids enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. It is high in the Mountains but gives a perfect view!

I learned you can't trust the reviews. Some items need repair and the toilets were torture. No grab bars in the showers.
