Very clean upon entering, pet yard a little smaller than we had originally thought, but did the job whilst we went out during the day.
Great location and proximity to everything you need if going by foot,
Master bed very comfortable and the fans worked an absolute trreat with the November heat! .
Great parks along the water front if you have little ones, safe area with heaps of walking tracks, and water fountains along the way.
Shower pressure was great! Probably the best weve had when hiring accommodation

The whole unit had an odour/musty smell to it, place very neglected, grubby, kitchen cupboards need to be sorted out instead of items just throw in any old place, inside the fridge hadn't been wiped out or cleaned. Microwave very average. It's overpriced for what you get. We actually came home a day earlier as my husbands Asthma was triggered by our stay.
It's very close to restaurants cafes convenience store bakery Pharmacy newsagent etc.
However our small dog was happy there.
