This place was perfect! Large and spacious which made for a wonderful stay. The large open loft was great to relax and watch tv in the evening. The Main Street of brenham is great! Many walkable restaurants and antique shops nearby. Great parking and easy check in. Quick communication with our manager for the one question during our stay.

The property is spacious and love the brick walls. Glad my mom did not go with me, as she would never have made it up the three flights of stairs. Was thankful for a later check out since it was originally 10 am. Checking in at 3 & out by 10 does not give much time to enjoy the space. Was not happy about paying a large cleaning fee(I am always tidy and clean up after myself), but to then have a message sent with the confirmation that I had to do my own dishes made me wonder why I paid a cleaning fee, in addition to an “other services fee.” For this reason, I probably would not rent this property or any other from VBRO again. I was supposed to be on vacation for my birthday and wished the cleaning fee could at least be refundable if I had to spend time cleaning instead of celebrating or relaxing. Side note, the couches and daybed cover were probably clean, but appeared stained and dirty.
