About this house rental
The 100-foot wide lot extends over 600 feet from the street to Tampa Bay. A canopy of large oaks shades the front yard, and an open expansive lawn leads into the waters of the bay. The house is above the flood lines and set back from the water, protecting it from hurricane storm surge.
A large open living room with bay windows draws residents to the beauty and changing view of Tampa Bay, with the Sunshine Skyway bridge in the middle to the south. The iconic lighting of the bridge draws one's attention in the evening, following our ever-changing sunsets to the west.
This get-away house has peaceful sanctuary feel, and provides a venue to recharge, regenerate, and rejuvenate - whether one drives 15 minutes to world-class Pass-a-Grille or Fort DeSoto beach, 15 minutes to downtown St. Pete to sample the constantly changing restaurants, boutiques, and art offerings. Many more beaches - Clearwater to Siesta Key - are within an hour drive. And the Tampa International Airport is a short 35 minute drive south on highway 275.
We also maintain a list of health, fitness, and wellness practitioners and offerings in the area - many of which we have sampled ourselves and can vouch for - ranging from exercise studios to yoga, breath work, massage, acupuncture, and more.
The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (Publix) and St. Pete features a number of health-focused food markets, including a new Whole Foods, Sprouts, and the Fresh Market to name a few.
This house is a place to step outside of the normal daily bustle - and to focus on your own health and wellness or to plan a getaway with friends and family.
