Private 5 star 3 room flat and in-door Pkg

I had an excellent stay in this apartment in Nitra and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the very beginning, Olivier was incredibly professional and accommodating. My flight arrived late in the evening, so he kindly arranged for the keys to be handed to a friend of mine in the city earlier that week. Despite that, he still had no problem waiting for me at the apartment on the night of my arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was outstanding. It is clearly recently renovated, with a modern design and spotless throughout. The space is much larger than expected, offering plenty of room to relax, and it comes equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need for a comfortable stay. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather during our visit, which meant we enjoyed fantastic views all week from the third-floor location. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable—I genuinely had some of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower easily exceeded expectations. The location is also very convenient, with several large grocery stores nearby and the city centre just a pleasant 20-minute walk away. Free parking was another major bonus, and I never had any difficulty finding a space, even in the evenings. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you, Olivier, for being such a thoughtful and attentive host. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nitra.

Apartment is located in a quiet and central area , the structure is well kept and clean .

This is the second time I booked this property for my elderly parents visiting Nitra and, as previously, they were really happy with their stay. The flat can accomodate for a couple, possibly with one child/2 children, It is spacious, finely equipped, nice Italian-style shower and large living room + kitchen area, with all the necessary bits to make you feel at home (lots of kitchen ustensils, basic spices, coffee-maker etc ... ). Importantly, the flat is spotless clean, which is important to my parents and myself. The flat is located in a residential area, quiet, with few small shops and bars a few min walk, and larger shops about 10min walk away. The closest bus line taking you to the very town centre is less than 5min away (and there are few other lines around) but if you travel by car, a secured garage and parking spot is available. The price may be higher than other places in the city centre or else, but in my humble view this is well compensated by the comfort level you will get during your stay. Communication was clear and smooth from the time of reservation with the owner and property manager. All in all, a great experience once again which left my parents more than satisfied over their week long stay so I'll more than likely book it again on their next visit.
