About this house rental
Villa Vista is located on a 'dead end' cobbled street, adjacent to the jungle, with the Best Views of the ocean, old town Vallarta and the surrounding jungle.
The exterior and interior color is white.
The main floor is comprised of the kitchen/dining and living area which connect to an expansive terrace with unparalleled spectacular views of the ocean and city. There is restroom on the main floor.
The bedroom floor has breathtaking ocean and old Puerto Vallarta views. It is comprised of one marbled floored master bedroom, with a king sized bed, expansive bathroom and dressing area and with large private deck overlooking the lush garden and pool area. There are two (2) guest bedrooms, one a king sized bed and one a queen sized bed, each with private bathrooms and showers.
Each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning system, installed in Fall of 2023 and ceiling fans.
There is deck and sitting area in front of all the bedrooms with unobstructed ocean and city views which is bordered by planters.
There is an office and sitting area adjacent thereto. The office area has ceiling fan.
The towered staircase leads from the main floor to private infinity pool's water cascade and sunken sitting area which looks at the cascade and pool area.
A cantera deck surrounds the pool.
The pool level area's staircase continues to the ground level to the patio area with built in seating, lawn, extensive garden and fountain.
There is a restroom next adjacent to the patio area.
Adjacent thereto is the private four (4) car garage.
The 4 car garage has electric doors and an electric gate surrounding the garage for privacy.

Please note that the pool area and garden fountain present potential challenges for children and/or non-swimmers.
The staircase connecting various levels of the complex (both inside and outside) present potential challenges for children. and/or non-ambulatory individuals.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS HOLIDAY SEASON BOOKING INFORMATION:
Quest occupying Villa Vista for Christmas are required to stay at least 7 nights and depart no later than on the morning of December 30th.
Quest occupying Villa Vista for New Years are required to stay at least 7 nights and arrive no earlier that the afternoon of December 30th.
Quest occupying Villa Vista for Christmas and New Years are required to stay at least 14 nights.
The remainder of December and January, the minimum stay is 5 nights.

This property is lovely. It is somewhat "vertical" so not ideal for mobility challenged folks, but architecturally, it's beautiful with a lawned garden with sitting area and beautiful fountain. The main living level has a great kitchen and, living/dining rooms and opens onto a huge terrace...amazing views from this level. It is an uphill hike if walking to town or the beach and is about a ten minute walk from the produce market, which was great. The house manager and staff were great and the owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Recommend. (as noted in other reviews, there is some noise from neighboring roosters/dogs, but there was a white noise machine in the master bedroom that totally took care of that)

Our communication between Patrick and Ezequiel from inquiry to check out were prompt and complete. They both went above and beyond to assure our comfort.
We enjoyed Patrick’s beautiful home and all the amenities provided. It is a pleasure to recommend Patrick’s home and his staff to all guests.

We had a wonderful vacation in this house! The amazing view and privacy are accurately represented in the listing. The property manager is wonderful! She makes sure you have everything you need, and is also very respectful of your privacy. The house is very clean and well stocked. It is a quick walk to downtown with stairs most of the way. The walk back up is a great way to get in exercise with a dip in the private pool as a reward, but there are also many taxis available in town if needed. Highly recommend this villa!
