Da localização, perto de tudo.
Não ter estacionamento, finais de semana para estacionar é horrível, fora isso tranquilo

Localização , cadeira de praia e térmica.
Colchões ruins tanto da cama como a cama debaixo do sofá, tampa da privada amarelada(hora de trocar). Guarda-sol oferecido estava quebrado.
