Each has its own large private luxury bath. Sofa bed in living room. Large dining room table seats 8. Sleeps up to 8 people. Additional half bath. Maid and turn down service and 24-hour room service. Stay includes access to member-only state of the art fitness center, internationally renowned Exhale Spa, 5 mountainside hot tubs and heated pool. Full size Washer/Dryer. Full luxury kitchen. Gas Fireplace. Large flat screen TV in all rooms. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Separate private entrance and elevator for Residents Only (away from resort guest entrance). Camp and ski-school for kids at property.
Guests of The Residences may utilize all the amenities afforded a Park Hyatt guest including ski valet service, restaurants and lobby bar, complimentary underground parking for one car , 24-hour front desk and on-site check-in, full concierge services, business center, complimentary access to the fitness center at The Club and Exhale Spa's Aqua Sanitas.

My family had the privilege of staying in this apartment in February 2017. It was nothing short of amazing. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly! They made every effort to prepare us including sending information about the resort to us personally before our stay!
Having skied in this area many times before I was already aware of how wonderful beaver creek is, especially for families. What I didn't know is how AMAZING it is to stay in the Hyatt Residences. We loved the hotel-type amenities including access to the spa and twice a day maid services. The location is the best on the entire mountain!! Just steps from the ski school and you have access to the ski valet which is just outside the doors. Plus valet for your car (if you decide to rent one) is very convenient.
I cannot say enough good things about these owners and this apartment. It's perfection!!!

Our experience was great! The Park Hyatt is THE place to stay when visiting Beaver Creek. Our condo was large enough to comfortably accommodate my large family. We had all of the comforts of home and then some! We previously experienced Beaver Creek in-season and were concerned about the availability of activities off season - so wrong! Not only was the staff knowledgeable of where to eat, hike, etc., before we went, Kathy provided us with a list of open trails, year-round restaurants, kayaking, fishing guides, etc. That was great to have in hand prior to going. She also gave me some good tips - i.e., book spa appointments online ahead of time, hiking attire for that time of year, trails closed that time of year, etc. May is beautiful in CO! My entire family soaked up the beauty of CO in May. The in-house spa, fitness facilities, bar and restaurant were all top-notch. The wine selection is phenomenal! Not only will we go back off season and rent with Kathy, we can't wait to go during spring break!

This was one of the best vacations ever. The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are huge and perfectly decorated. You don't want to leave the condo. But when you do there are lots of options even for those who don't ski - the fabulous spa, great restaurants, fire pits, shopping, hiking, mountain biking and more. The resort staff bends over backwards creating a truly five star experience.

This was my first trip to Beaver Creek and I was not disappointed. The suite was gorgeous with more than enough room for our group of 6 to hang together, or have our own private time. Off season, but still so much to do - incredibly relaxing. We hiked the mountains, soaked up some sun by the pool , worked out in the gym and hit the spa daily. The SPA!!!! Wow - most amazing I've been to, can't say enough about it. The Aqua Sanitas, ahhh! In the evening we hit the fire pit on the grounds to make s'mores, followed by a game of bean bag toss. And that was all without leaving the hotel. The hiking possibilities are endless with the most amazing scenery - don't miss hanging lake if you are a hiker! The boys also enjoyed a few fly fishing trips with a local guide. The dining in the area is wonderful as well. From the on site restaurant to the local restaurants only a short drive away, not a disappointment in the bunch. Gondola Pizza for a casual dinner - Get the Dracula, even if you typically don't eat meat on Pizza - you won't regret it. Boxcar Restaurant - Small plates to share & full meals. We were fighting over them they were so good! 8100 in the Hyatt - relaxing and delicious, a definite treat. I cannot wait to go back!
