10 Battery Road is a lovely one story Hilton Head rental located on a quiet street in the heart of Sea Pines. It has a pleasant, bright layout, three separate sitting areas and plenty of room for everyone. Done in soft, coastal colors throughout, you will really feel like you've gotten away from the hectic day to day hustle and bustle and have entered a serene, tranquil and well-thought out get away for you and your family.
When entering the home, guests will be in the formal living area that has cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows overlooking the pool, a queen sleeper sofa and 5" SMART TV. Off the formal living area is a separate den with a leather couch, armchair and a 42" SMART TV. This room has its own entrance out to the pool area and is the perfect setting for family movie nights.
Just beyond this area is the fully equipped updated kitchen with granite counters, a very pretty back splash and a breakfast bar with four seats. The other end of the kitchen opens up to the formal dining area, with a table that seats 6, as well as a cozy sitting area and 55" SMART TV. Also, a hidden little gem...a corner desk if you have to catch up on any work.
All of the bedrooms are located to the left of the main entrance. The large master has a king bed and 40" SMART TV. The newly renovated bath features double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a twin trundle day bed for kicking back and reading your favorite book. The next bedroom offers two twin beds with 32" SMART TV and hall access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Further down the hall is the last guest room with queen bed and 32" SMART TV. This bedroom also has access to a full hall bathroom with walk-in shower only.
The pool/yard area features a gas grill, a brick surround, and has a very tropical feel with the lush landscaping. This home is very cozy, yet designed for everyone to have their own private space. It is also perfect for some Hilton Head golf with close proximity to the Harbour Town Golf Links.

although this property was very clean the company that handles the home,which we rented several times over the years, we were dissapointed in this one. The pool was in great need of painting and the patio was in need a good power washing, also the gutters and home needed some attention. There was black mold on them. The tvs are very old too. The house just needs some more up dating,one of the bathrooms was so nice, but you have to go through it to get to the laundry room.Not sure we will rent from this company again next year. I put in an review before, but it was never listed??
