Viste dell' aqua is 3 storeys of absolute magic! Recently totally renovated and simply the best available in the area, it is now 5 STAR.
Situated on the edge of beautiful Smiths Lake with gorgeous views from every room, it provides you with easy access to the waterfront on this magnificent lake!

This enormous property has it all, perfect in summer and winter with air-conditioned comfort and a log fire to snuggle up by on those lazy winter days. High quality inclusions boast the latest in finishes. It comprises 8 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 5 full bathrooms plus 2 x guest toilets and games room complete with a quality slate pool table.
There is an extensive library for all you bookworms and plenty of choices for those seeking a quiet nook. If cooking is your thing you will enjoy the beautiful up-to the-minute kitchen with stainless steel appliances and banquet size dining table for the whole family, ice maker fridge with filtered water all year round - a must have!
The outdoor entertaining is on two levels with BBQ facilities on the top level. The lower level has an 11 seater Universal endless/pool spa - all well positioned with fantastic views over Smiths Lake.
This property has been designed for your absolute pleasure right down to the pillows and beds. Four of the masters enjoy en-suites and we provide luxurious bedding to complete the slumber experience you deserve.

For your entertainment, the two lounge areas have the latest in 42" Plasma TVs with surround sound and a large selection of DVD's. Two master bedrooms have LCD TV and DVD screens.
The easy waterfront access allows you to moor your own boat at the foot of the property or use the runabout 5hp we provide for your pleasure to explore the lake. We also have 2 kayaks for your use.
Stunning views from a large gated and covered balcony allow you to watch and keep your dog amused by day. A delightful spacious and attractive pet house is provided for your pet's comfort. An enclosed front courtyard allows you to visit local restaurants knowing your pet is secure.

The lakes and beaches
Why stay anywhere else but on the water? If you come to Smiths Lake to holiday, it is the only place to be!!
Smiths Lake is the playground of the Pacific Palms region. The lake is suitable for all water sports and if you're not on it at least be sure you can view the changing vista and the sunsets which are to be seen to be believed!
Smiths Lake is famous for the enormous sandbar which divides the lake from the Pacific Ocean. From time to time the sandbar is manually opened to allow the lake to drain and refresh the fish stocks, rendering it tidal for a time. Fishing is a favourite pastime here for both commercial and recreational fisherman with an abundance available.
Smiths Lake is only a few minutes drive from WORLD CLASS beaches, namely Bluey's Boomerang and Cellito at Sandbar. Elizabeth Beach is the safest swimming for children.
Of course just 20 minutes or so away are the magnificent beaches of the Forster Tuncurry region. All the way to Forster, you will pass Wallis Lake on your left which is well worth a visit. Stop at the simply beautiful green cathedral, the wedding venue in the mid north coast under a canopy of palms with a superb view of Wallis Lake.
On your way you will see the Rec Club at Pacific Palms where there is a boat ramp if you choose to go to Forster by water. There are public areas to moor your boat on Forster side.

Your pets are welcome to enjoy a number of exterior areas including a spacious secured courtyard with a sheltered section attached to one of the master bedrooms, and extensive undercover balconies adjacent to and looking through glass doors directly into living areas. The huge upper deck is securely enclosed for your pet's safety and enjoyment and also has a large sheltered section. A large kennel is available on request. Pets however are not permitted indoors.

Viste dell aqua has a base booking charge for up to 6 people, to allow the average family a chance to stay, and then from this there is a ONCE OFF surcharge per person of $125 per adult or $75 per child. Children under 3 yrs stay FREE. The surcharge is not calculated on your auto generated booking response however will be reflective in your email response by Kate.
Linen Hire of sheets and towels can be arranged with a local supplier for those who would like to treat themselves.
There are no further charges all advertised amenities such as the 5hp motor boat and Kayaks are inclusive in your rate of stay
The local area
Smiths Lake is a tranquil village complete with village shops which can cater for all of your needs.
There is a general sub/news store with groceries and vegetables, a butcher, baker, liquor store, hairdresser/beauty salon for the high maintenance group and the delightful TLC Cafe.
The liquor store carries an extensive range to BYO, and coffee and delicious take away or eat in meals are available at our village shopping centre's local cafe. Another great cafe is Frothy Coffee, open 7 days and situated on the lake at Amaroo alongside the boat ramp. You can enjoy a morning coffee and then hire watercraft at the sailing club there.
The local Bowling club provides a good option for families. There are other excellent cafes and restaurants at Bluey's and Boomerang along with a village shopping centre and the Kingfisher restaurant nearby.
On the Lakes Way, heading north to Forster you will find the Charlotte Bay shopping centre where you will discover the fish shop, famous for its local catch. The owner is a supplier to the best restaurants in Sydney. His fish is an experience indeed!
A medical practice and chemist are at Bluey's and Forster.

This was a perfect property for our group of eleven adults. Great open plan internal area with split level living. Lots of huge lounges and seating throughout multiple levels. Big kitchen preparation area and a huge dining table which caters for everyone. Comfortable and quiet ducted air conditioning and a well maintained and very efficient log heater, the latter of which we used. Bedrooms spacious, clean and well presented. Impeccably clean. Great views from a private deck off the main living area. Didn’t use the boat or kayak but perfect and safe spot to do if you want to. Parking could be a bit tight for two cars in the garage and the short driveway is a bit steep and care is needed if you’re walking it. However , a couple of extra spaces out the front and a vacant block of land directly opposite the property ensured ample parking. Check out the Pacific Palms Bowlo for excellent value food/service and the courtesy bus option. All in all, a really good property at an affordable price with plenty of living options within.

The property was as listed with ample room for the whole family (8) to relax with 3 seperate lounge areas. Aesthetically the house is a little tired and the carpet well over due for replacement with an unpleasant dank musty smell in the lower staircase. Lots of thought gone into activities (games, books, audio speakers, snooker, spa, fishing gear and kayaks). In such a pristine natural setting it was sad single use plastic shampoo bottles and plastic wrapped soaps are used instead of refillable dispensers. This would be cheaper and far more eco friendly. Kitchen was well appointed but little to nothing in the way of staples eg cooking oils etc . In many similar properties in the Pacific Palms area this is standard. Though Kitchen cleaning products, plastic film, foil and baking paper are supplied including tea towels. The small front courtyard and back enclosed verandah was perfect for our two dogs annd they loved swimming in the lake and their time at the beach. Dogs are charged extra as to an additional linen cleaning fee to the price which is odd. Cellito Beach nearby is stunning with a great little surf break for our crew. Overall we loved being together as a family over Easter and have the space for everyone to relax.
