Lovely place shame about the apartment

Location on Anglesey close to nice small town and lovely beach

Well used and needs renovating. Everything is really tired and used including mattresses and bathroom and carpets. Patio door was a nightmare to use. Also there is a strange continuous knocking noise like someone is constantly knocking on the front door. If it wasn't for the fact we were celebrating a birthday and were drinking the knocking would have kept us awake. We would have probably have moved elsewhere if it hadn't been half term and local places booked up

Modern well laid out and comfortable apartment close to the beach and t bay centre

Very small thing would be that there was no tea /coffee oil salt etc. Easy enough to buy, but for a late arrival would help the next morning.

Overall we loved our stay, but the apartment just needs a bit of a make over. Things to be replaced

Location fantastic, kitchen was great , very clean and modern. Kettle and toaster need replacing. One of the glasses had a substance at the bottom which looked like dissolve-able medication , we only noticed it after my son had poured a drink in it and it started frothing at the top.

Blinds were broken in both bedrooms, patio door in front room was difficult to close, damp and rot on window ledge of patio door. Both sofas in front room have seen better days and looked very old and worn, cushions were tatty and dirty. We were out most of the time so didn't really need to sit on it, but when we did it was covered over with my own towels.

Ideally located and very peaceful . Small kitchen fits perfectly into the property,filled with everything we needed. Ideal on short trips. Bedrooms spacious with lots of storage. Tv in every room was ideal. Specially when the weather was bad.

Patio door needs attention. Very rusty. Opened it once and had trouble closing it, felt reluctant to use it again so it made the room far too hot when the sun was out! Couch very uncomfortable maybe a good idea to replace it, looks quite worn. Would be nice to make use of the outside area, but no chairs available.

Exactly what we needed. Modern, spacious, comfortable.

Lovely and spacious for a long weekend away. If the weather had let us down, we wouldn't have felt put out needing to spend more time indoors in this space with a teenager and pre-teen. Comfy beds with plenty of drawers and wardrobe hanging space. The kitchenette is very small but has all you would need to cook meals if you weren't eating out... we only used it to warm croissants in the morning. Washing liquid, liquid hand soap and toilet roll provided. Saving the best until last, the location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to a choice of restaurants and the beach. Beautiful area. One small spar shop with basics available. We ate at Oceans Edge, which we would recommend. 10/10 - we would happily return : )

Great little place

Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped, plenty of bedding. Dishwasher was a godsend! Easy access for local shops and supermarkets. Great location and dog friendly. Lots of local walks.

Nothing to dislike really. Only problem was patio door, but after oiling lock and runners, no problems.

We thought the kitchen could have been better equipped ie lids for pans, trays for use in oven, utensils for cooking. There was a lack of a bath towel, the largest one was only just bigger than a regular towel The place could do with a good clean and windows are dropping on housings.

Clean, comfortable accomodation in a great location.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and modern. It was spotlessly clean and ideal to use as a base for exploring the area. The beds are comfortable and the lounge is big enough for a family to relax in. Friends of ours stayed in the nearby Hoseasons bungalows and paid much more for less space, lower standards of cleanliness, and dated accomodation. Would 100% recommend Rob's place as a convenient and quiet place to stay.

Exceptional

Beautiful, perfectly located and the best weekend getaway we've had! This is an absolutely fantastic apartment and exceptional value for what we paid. Literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and that was with a toddler who insisted on walking! The apartment was clean and spacious and surpassed anything I expected. The bedrooms are a great size with ridiculously comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with anything you need really - Kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, drawer full of utensils...they even had children's cups and plates in the cupboard which I was impressed with. Once my toddler was let loose, that was when the pleasant surprise happened. Being the nosy devil he is, he insisted on opening every drawer and cupboard in the entire apartment and in the living room found an entire drawer filled with dvds and boardgames....such a great touch! Especially when it rained early morning and he couldn't go out for a few hours. Any question I had, Rob answered in a matter of minutes and was very helpful and courteous. We would 100% stay here again and we are already planning our next trip.

Only something really small and probably only applicable to a few people!! The blinds let the sun in, early morning as there weren’t any curtains. I struggle to sleep if it isn’t pitch black so appreciate everyone isn’t the same.

The property was a short walk from amazing views.

Property was run down, stained carpets, mold on the bedside lamp. And toilet was faulty.

There were no instructions to work the heating so when it went off during the day, it got a bit chilly. Towels could have been bigger!!

Lovely place. Instructions great clear and concise. Clean, tidy and kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Rooms great comfy beds and linen. Living room was large and TV was great. The dog loved looking out the large patio window.

Liked everything but as we were there in Oct could do with shoe rack for our boots and coat hooks. The hot water took a little time to come through but was hot once it came through. Blind in twin room needs a little attention as wouldn't close properly. A few little things but nothing that spoiled our break.

A wonderful apartment that I would definitely recommend and stay in again.

This has got to be one of the best equipped holiday lets I have ever stayed in. Spacious, immaculate and lovely touches such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloths and hand wash. The owner was very responsive and replied almost immediately to resolve the issues I had with the hot water and heating.

Personally I had no issue with the temperature in the apartment, however, my disabled friend needs heat and it was disappointing that we had no control over when the heating came on, it appeared to be operated remotely by the property owner. Some operating instructions would also be useful because I had no idea how to locate the switches for the electric fire in the lounge.
