Host was great to work with. Pool was clean and house was too. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Grocery store is just five minutes up the road. Everything is 25 minutes away at most. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

Cleanliness not to my standards, refrigerator leaked every four days, dishwasher door only opened half way. Needed to watch the stove and other electrical items so a breaker didn’t blow. Table and umbrella in the back yard deteriorated and could not be used. The location was very good for us,

The condition of the property is over stated.
Owners personal belongings demonstrate he is living mostly there. Lacked space for our food. Dishwasher hard to use door could not open all the way.
We made out ok. Wouldn’t have been so disappointed if we hadn’t paid top price. No monthly discounts.
