La ubicación. Muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. Aparcamiento en el recinto. Hay playa de perros al lado para andar con ellos La propietaria me autorizo dejar hasta más tarde el estudio.
Puede mejorar la limpieza. El ventanal estaba sucio. Las cafeteras llenas de polvo y el escurridor de platos no pude utilizar.

Tenía muy buena ubicación.
El apartamento necesita un repaso en general, está regular. Y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Había bastantes pelos de mascota.
