Well-styled living! Beautiful spacious apartment with a lot to offer - an original piece of Chicago's history! Walk into a newly renovated, urban oasis to relax after exploring Chicago. The surround is calm colors and walls are decorated with historic vintage Chicago survey maps. Live like locals and enjoy Humboldt Park/Wicker Park/Buck Town & Ukrainian Village!
My modern unit will provide excellent accommodations to satisfy all your group's needs!
The kitchen is modern, spacious and ideal for making magic happen! It is equipped with the basics and lots of cabinets+oversized refrigerator accommodates needs for a longer stay. Sunroom is perfect for breakfast, reading-overlooking backyard garden. We provide: premium coffee machine, french press, full set of pans, plates and silverware, toaster, premium electric stove with oven, dish washer, coin operated washer/dryer is located in the basement
The master bedrooms is large, with a big master closet. The second bedroom is spacious with table station for your laptop.
Street parking permits provided.
Guest has full access to the unit, backyard garden. Coin operated high-end washer/dryer available in the basement.
I am available for anything my guests may need whether it be a question about the unit or suggestions on where to eat/grab a drink. The space is in a great area with tons of highly regarded establishments. Revered by Chicagoans and travelers alike.
We are blessed with really nice local spots-all minutes away from property on California ave. Most important-easy service, safe and secure area!!!!Local restaurant recommendations: breakfast-Spinning bakery and soda fountain, 2 minute away-Augusta & California corner, another brand new bakery/coffee bar is south on California, La Boulangerie & Co. (1138 California). For dinner-uber nice recently opened: the-hi-lo.com, 1108-1110 N. California-really awesome art deco/vintage mix design + super cool outdoor covered patio, bar full kitchen. Alternative dinner option: Segnatore, California/Augusta corner across from Spinning, french style bistro restaurant. Quick bite, local brewery beer: Lucy's 1043 California, American burgers, chicken, pulled pork, beer sidewalk patio, pet friendly- as well as hi-lo. Rootstock-wine bar on south corner of Augusta/california, other corner-another restaurant-do not have info:(((Further on California AztecDaves Cantina-great tacos, beer.
Lastly-California Clipper, open 4pm-till 2 am, live music, bar-on California street next to Spinning-across Spinning-Rootstock wine bar.

Super cute and cozy! Great places to walk to and safe & quiet neighborhood.
Just could have been a little cleaner.. fridge, shower and comforter seemed to have been skipped.

We loved staying at this VRBO! It was even bigger and more elegant in person. The neighborhood is wonderful, super close to Humboldt park as well as many delicious restaurants (Spinning J is my absolutely favorite) and bars. Igors was such a thoughtful and accommodating host, and we had everything we needed. Can't recommend highly enough!
