About this apartment rental
If you like the ocean, playing tennis, fishing or relaxing, this is the right spot for you. Two bedroom apartment among the tree tops sleeps 4 comfortably. No additional fees.
We want you to enjoy this beautiful part of Florida as much as we do! Sea Oaks is an exclusive resort which stretches from Ocean to Indian River offering activities from playing tennis on championship courts and bike riding, to relaxing or excellent dining on the beach at a wonderful beach club. Our inviting second floor apartment is surrounded by trees, trees and more trees. Walk to the beach or the neighborhood pool for a morning swim. Tennis is just steps away. The apartment offers a master bedroom with king size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin extra long beds. Wifi and cable tv available.
As Sea Oaks renters you will have access to all the facilities, tennis, gym, beach, pools and dining facilities.
Many of our guests visit the Orlando area theme parks either before or after their seaside experience. Orlando's airport is only 90 minutes from Sea Oaks.
Please, note two important items.
Sea Oaks dining facilities do not deal with cash or credit cards. Renter who use the dining or other food and beverage facilities can charge the owners accounts. We ask our guests to close out their food and beverage charges with the Sea Oaks office.
Sea Oaks requires three forms to be filled out by all of our guest/renters. These forms will be emailed to you to fill out after the reservation has been confirmed. We need those back via email, or post immediately after so that we can provide those to Sea Oaks management. We also provide our guests with a Guest Document that informs them about the condo and the area in general.

We enjoyed our stay so much last year, we returned! The decor is modern and lovely. The view out of the windows,just like living in the tree tops. The kitchen is very well designed and equipped, and the porch is lovely. We all relaxed and had a wonderful stay! Would rent again anytime! Thank you.

We had a great time at this tennis villa at Sea Oaks. Everything was well-maintained and clean. Sea Oaks is a great property with lots to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd stay at TV 104. It is on the 1st floor with the verandah nestled in the tree tops.close to the tennis club. Such a lovely spot for a glass of wine in the evening with the sun setting through the trees. The condo is spacious, light and bright, decorated in neutral tones.Anna & Jose make you feel like friends and are always quick to respond to any questions/queries you might have. The perfect place to stay in Sea Oaks if your your looking for something special.
