Come and enjoy a memorable vacation in the Seacoast Shores neighborhood of East Falmouth. Our lovely, family friendly home with an open floor plan can give you everything you want for your Cape Cod vacation. Beautiful sunsets from our private deck and dock await you! Community private beach, pool, clubhouse and tennis court all included in the price of your stay. Hardwood floors, modern kitchen, WIFI, central air-conditioning, Cable TV, outdoor shower and 3 available kayaks included.
Sleeping accommodations include first floor master with queen size bed and private bath with jacuzzi. Upstairs is one bedroom with three twin beds and another master suite with king bed, day bed and trundle. Upstairs private office space doubles as a fourth bedroom and includes pull out queen size couch.
Bring your boat, borrow a boat or rent one and take advantage of our private dock. Plenty of room for a boat trailer in the driveway. Plethora of boating opportunities including a trip up the Eel River to Waquoit Bay. It is even a short boat ride across Nantucket Sound to Martha's Vineyard. This rental is a boater's paradise!

Wonderful home! Wonderful host! Everything was just perfect with our vacation experience at this beautiful property. We spent many hours on the back deck chatting and enjoying the quiet and picturesque views!

My family enjoyed a beautiful week in Falmouth. Teri, the owner, was quick to respond to questions an always available- even when she was on vacation.
The house is spotless with many amenities. It has lots of room for everyone, a beautiful porched in room, deck with lounge chairs and view of the water, fully stocked kitchen. Kayaks available for paddling around. Easy access to surrounding towns. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is the place for you.

The house and the hosts were fantastic! Very clean and great for entertaining inside or outside. The dock was perfect as we brought two boats and fished every morning!! Wouldn't change a thing!!
