About this house rental
“The Beachcomber" (Main house) has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 10-11. Deluxe Master Suite has a King bed, a Full-size sleeper couch, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with 8 luxurious showerheads, and whirlpool tub, and an 8 x 10 walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n' play! ), and a private balcony! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The "Bunk Room" has 1 Twin XL bunk bed and 1 Twin XL over a Queen futon bed with access to a shared bathroom and shower.
Large updated gourmet kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops and spacious side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, 6-quart crockpot, new cookware, bakeware and cutlery set. The garage also has a kitchen and bathroom, for group gatherings!
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, to enjoy the water, sand & sunsets, or to downtown Frankfort for the movie theater, ice cream parlors, upscale restaurants, and shopping. Take a 15-minute drive to the "Cherry Bowl" drive-in theater with the kids and don't forget to stop at the "Cherry Hut" restaurant for their delicious cherry pie!

Our bike trip to Frankfort was just perfect with this wonderful home! It was clean, provided more than just the necessities in the kitchen and was walking distance to the beach. This was our second time renting this home and we look forward to another stay.

Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!

This house was perfect for our family trip to the Area. We planned coming to this side of the state to explore the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Coming in the fall, the drive to the dunes was very pretty. We found a lot of places to explore, some big tourist spots and some off the beaten path. The small downtown area is good for food options. The hosts are super easy to reach and were very helpful with questions throughout the weekend. We loved the fireplace and made good use of the large dining room for playing games. The kids felt pretty cool with their own space in the bunk room downstairs. Would love to come back here again during peak fall colors.
