This was a wonderful property. We stayed here for my husband's birthday and we're not disappointed. The place is right on Lake Ki and was very quiet and serene. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and the house had everything we needed. Kirby and Liz were great hosts and always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

This property is so beautiful and peaceful! It's evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought into the details and making sure their guests feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the deck was lovely! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in June and the weather could not have been better. It was in the low 80's. My grandson caught his first trout and everyone enjoyed the little electric boat to cruise the lake. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Hosts were next door and were very helpful. If you need a place to decompress for a few days, this is the place. The bullfrog was an added bonus! And the birds....we saw bald eagles, ospreys and many more species. The ducks with their babies in a row was special to see too! We highly recommend.

Liz and Kirby are the sweetest, most gracious hosts. I felt at home away from home. The king bed is comfy, excellent kitchen provisions, loved the dock. I watched hawks from the binoculaurs and adorable Canadian Geese chicks . I loved this property and hope to stay again. We were able to take the best pictures! Thank you Liz and Kirby!

This was a fantastic place to stay, just far enough away from town to easily get to conveniences but still a nice since of solitude with a wonderful tree lined lake. We will definitely considering coming back to stay here again.

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and took some time after the nuptials to relax, unwind and explore. The lake cottage was very quiet with beautiful views and the I5 is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive away so it is very convenient to get to all of activities running up to the wedding and was a great jumping off place for all of the exploring we did the week after. we even spent a day fishing from the dock.

This was by far the best home rental I have experienced! It has everything we needed to be a home away from home and was darlingly decorated in a lake house theme. Our view of the lake and my twice a day kayaking on this peaceful lake was an unexpected delight. Liz and Kirby were available for all our requests. I'm sad to leave.

Nice quiet place on the lake. You can paddle on the lake and fish and it’s got everything here to cook. It’s got a bathroom and it’s located near a place to eat gas groceries. Easy get to my work.

Hosts were friendly and easy to coordinate with but gave us our space and provided use of kayaks to enjoy on the lake (even though we ended up running out of time to do so). The cabin was the perfect size, small enough to be cozy, big enough to not feel cramped. The views were so lovely. The lake was peaceful, and the rhododendron and peonies were the cherry on top. It was perfectly situated, close to the restaurants and stores, yet secluded. We had beautiful weather, the sun was shining every day.

This was our second stay here. Visiting family nearby... Waking up and having coffee on the Lake view deck is relaxing way to start any day. A little over an hours drive to visit most places north and south on I-5. Quiet, clean, hosts were always helpful and friendly with anything we needed, though we didn't need much.

The home was very clean, and relaxing, with plenty of shops a short drive away. Aside from an issue with the washer, our stay was pretty smooth and enjoyable. King size bed was comfortable. Huge walk-in closet. Home is spacious with a gorgeous lake view from the deck with plenty of amenities. Liz and Kirby were very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. Waking up each day, having tea and coffee on the deck watching the fish jumping out of the water is a great way to start the day. Eagles and osprey fly over the lake frequently. Close to everything, yet far enough away. We would definitely stay again. many thanks to our hosts for this gem.

Liz and Kirby were great! This great lake front cabin is perfect for a quick weekend get away or even a longer term stay. The back deck is perfect to just sit and have a cocktail or bbq steaks. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen fully accommodates a longer stay. They even have a washer and dryer. We have stayed a many vacation rentals and this one has, by far, the most included amenities. As mentioned, you have use of a gas bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer (in the cabin), beach towel and even use of an array of water toys. We would not hesitate to stay here again and in fact would always try to stay there when in the area (we have family nearby). Thank you again for a great stay Liz and Kirby!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this lovely Lake Ki cottage. The hosts, who live on the property, were more than accommodating. The cottage was very comfortable. The dock and boat was a lot of fun. I swam in the lake once or more daily. We will return. This was a very enjoyable stay with wonderful hosts.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Located right on the water's edge. Cabin has an outdoor deck with BBQ. There's a fire pit at the lake shore, a row boat and kayaks too I think. It was very quiet when we were there. Pleasant, communicative and responsible hosts in the house next door. Would definitely stay again.
