About this house rental
Unbelivable 3 story lakehouse on Sam Rayburn in Tiger creek area. This property is right on the water with unbelivable views. There are 3 floors with a full bathroom on each floor. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a king sized bed and has a private balcony overlooking the lake. There is also a bunk room on the 3rd floor that sleeps 16, a full bathroom with bathtub/shower and wash room with a brand new washer and dryer. The middle floor bedroom has two queen sized beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub/Shower. The kitchen is on the middle floor open to the family room with 60 inch flat screen tv and leads out to the huge balcony with seating over looking the lake. The bottom floor bedroom also has to queen sized beds, a full bathroom with a stand up shower and another living room / game room with tv. There is also a second kitchen on the bottom floor as well. Bottom floor leads out to another patio with seating. Adjacent from the lakehouse out back there is a big gazebo with plenty of seating and views of the lake.

Our large group of fisherman (grandpas, dads, sons) absolutely loved this lakehouse and our experience at Sam Rayburn.
What we loved about our experience:
1) Eric from beginning to end was as invested in our having a great time and comfortable stay as we were. His communication and attention to detail was phenomenal.
2) The layout of the house was perfect for our group - enough rooms for spreading out and privacy but great common areas for hanging out and storytelling.
3) Access to the waterfront with ability to pull boat(s)/kayak(s) up on shore was perfect.
4) Plenty of kitchen, fridge, cooking space. Comfortable accommodations with tv's/game rooms/patios, etc. really help wit the big groups.
5) Space for parking our trucks/trailers after launching boats. 6) Incredible trees/grass/sunset views.
7) Very reasonable rates, especially when spread out among the group, can't really match it.
All in all you will have a difficult time finding this type of accomodation that lends itself to creating the kind of ambiance and proximity and comforts for having the experience that your family/kids will remember for a lifetime.
