If you're planning a vacation that requires white sandy beaches, boating, world-class fishing, surfing, and other water sports in a private and quiet setting which is close to attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona Speedway then this vacation rental is for you! This second-story condo overlooks the Intracoastal waterway. There are two swimming pools -- both of which are heated in the chilly months. The resort also offers tennis courts, shuffleboard, an 18 hole chip and putt golf course and gas barbecue grills. Watch a 50-inch TV sitting on a sofa/love seat, with two recliners or listen to music while relaxing on the loungers on the porch.......Or take a siesta!

The condo is awesome with everything you need or want. the amenities are everything you need and want. the view of the Intracoastal is perfect for watching all the boats and dolphins. this was a great stay. highly recommend. the host was responsive if we had questions. bed was comfortable. shower in main bathroom is great. wifi worked very well.

This condo is well kept, clean and spacious with the most beautiful views of the intercoastal with dolphins and yachts. Amazing pools and an enjoyable walk to the downtown Flagler area. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby.

The location is great - right on the Indian River Lagoon. We spent many mornings on our SUPs watching the dolphins and birds. We easily rode bikes to the beach for the afternoon. The development has many nice amenities including 2 pools, a library, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Alex, the owner, was great to work with. Would recommend this property.
