The Loft is a character-filled delightful and well-equipped accommodation. Perfectly positioned in a very popular area of Melbourne. It is very close to transport and many attractions such as the city, Museum, the famous Brunswick Street shops, Smith Street factory outlets, large public gardens with playgrounds, BBQ and skatepark, large public pool.
It is the perfect base for a visit to Melbourne!
PLEASE NOTE - STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THE LOFT.
The Loft offers:
Tram to city in less than 10 minutes
Freestanding house
Open plan living
Fully equipped kitchen/dining area
Laundry facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer
Leafy courtyard
2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a
Juliet balcony) each with a queen bed & air conditioning/heating
Capacity for an extra single bed (high quality)
or portacot if needed at extra cost
Child safety gate available for upstairs (on request before arrival)
Commercially cleaned sheets and towels
Bathroom includes a bath/shower
Fully air conditioned and heated
Wireless internet - fast and free
*** Instead of paying a bond, guests are welcome to provide details of a credit card to be held over the duration of their stay (only $1 taken to verify the card). Otherwise a $500 bond is payable.
You are very welcome to enquire about 2 night bookings, but we cannot always accommodate short bookings.

We were very happy with The Loft. Very handy location, comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. Some useful travel tips which led us to Yarra Bend. All of our interactions with owners were were very professionally handled. Would come again.
