In a Superb Mansion dating from the 17th century, charming rental in Languedoc-Roussillon, Hérault.
This residence full of history, will welcome you in accommodation comprising all the necessary comfort elements for 4 people,
(1 large bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 and a sofa with convertible chaise longue allowing an additional double bed, the bedding is new and of quality, bathroom with large shower). The floors adorned with parefeuilles have been kept as they are to keep the authenticity of the house. Comfortable and pleasant accommodation with high ceilings and exposed beams, beautiful living space (open kitchen).
Fully developed for your comfort:
TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, fridge and freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and utensils, baby chair, travel cot.
Possibility of loan of baby equipment on request.
Possibility to store bikes or other sports equipment in a secure space.
You're close! Open halls every morning, convenience stores, early vegetables, pharmacy, bakery, village market every Thursday and Sunday morning.
Free parking nearby and possible in front of the house.
You can do everything on foot: Shuttle to the sea at 2 minutes, multimodal pole at 15 minutes (bus, train) serving several towns and villages.
Lunel, a perfect destination and the choice of it: 10 minutes from the sea, near La Grande Motte, Grau du Roi, Palavas Les Flots, Carnon .., at the gates of the small Camargue and its flamingos , close to Aigues-Mortes and its salt flats (and Salins de Giraud).
Not far from the Grande Camargue and its bulls, the Holy Maries of the Mer du
Mont Ventoux, Saint Guilhem le Désert, and Le Lac du Salagou.
Many mountain biking, archaeological, wine and tourist circuits on Lunel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, au petit soin, sans être envahissants. Le logement est une magnifique rénovation dans ce bâtiment assez exceptionnel qui cache bien des surprises. Une fois la porte de la rue passée, on se retrouve dans un havre de plénitude.
Nous avons hâte de revenir et de voir les futurs appartements à rénover.
La localisation était idéale pour nous, à 20 min en voiture des activités que nous avons faites : plages, paddle sur le Vidourle ou bien visite de la ville fortifée de Sommières.
