This one bedroom condo has a Ocean & Garden View. Artistically decorated with beautiful tiles used in kitchen and bathroom, walk-in tile shower. Updated completely in Hawaiian style. King bed in bedroom with queen hide-a-bed in living room. Cabinetry in kitchen area very nice. Lots of extras, fully loaded kitchen. Having rented several units in the past, Unit 220 is a good unit. I like its location in the complex. It is a bit haphazardly decorated and a bit outdated, but it was clean, and overall I was happy with the unit.

Rental experience was good,front office helped with replacement of missing items that were needed. A washcloth and bath mat were missing. The washer leaked on big loads. Property manager came quickly and ordered new door. The microwave works no problem but is a bit beat up.
