A corner of Tuscany awaits you. The residence is located in a condominium located between Vargem Grande Paulista and Ibiúna, the perfect place to rest in the countryside, just 01 hours from Sao Paulo.
THE HOUSE
The main house has double height in the social area, living room with fireplace, dining room, guest toilet, mezzanine with TV and reading room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, etc. Attached to the kitchen are the laundry room and utility room.
In the private area are the distribution hall with 04 rooms (01 suite) and large social bathroom.
SECONDARY HOUSE (GOURMET AND LEISURE)
It has kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, etc., barbecue area, wood burning pizza oven, games room and a cloakroom with pool support bathroom.

Ficamos 17 dias nesta linda casa de campo, e tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Contamos sempre com o suporte da Liliane (proprietária) e do Santo (caseiro), sempre prontos para nos auxiliar. Recomendo.

Lugar lindo, limpo e seguro, onde tudo funcionou muito bem, desde banheiros, camas, luzes, ventiladores, cozinha, piscina e churrasqueira, até televisão e internet. vale a pena conhecer!
