Beautifully renovated, top floor condo on the cooler South side of the complex , away from the street noise and close to the upper pool, tennis court and BBQ area. Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the main floor bedroom and a twin bed in the loft area. Fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with granite counters, spacious wood cabinets and fully tiled walk-in showers. Hawaiian art and tropical material used throughout the entire condo. The shaded lanai, with beautiful teak furniture, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and home cooked meals. Fully stocked storage closet with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis racquets and coolers for your enjoyment. Large flat screen TV in living room and upstairs bedroom.

Everything from booking to check out was just perfect. The office staff was very helpful. The property was beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean and well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for pool or beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was like a home away from home. All of the amenities you could ask for and across the street from KamIII beach! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Maui!

The condo was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the summer so the loft area was quite warm for sleeping but the two bedrooms had air conditioning and were comfortable at night. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the two pools although small are perfect to cool off. It is a great location across the street from a lovely beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants, Coconuts for fish tacos is recommended.
