I love the place, when I go back to Aix Les Bain I hope it will be free again for my stay ☺️

I loved the place was really clean and nice and cute ☺️ Very comfortable bed, very good location! It have a little cute balcony, it’s just adorable ☺️ I Highly recommend it! Não teve estadia. O proprietário cancelou a reserva 2 horas antes do checkin, o que me gerou um enorme prejuízo financeiro, pois já tinha comprado bilhete de trem, alugado veículo… e não recebi o estorno integral do que eu já tinha pago.

Falta de compromisso e profissionalismo dos responsáveis pela locação.

Un appartement pratique pour dormir et manger si on veut profiter d'Aix-les-Bains !

Le parking nous a permis de ne pas nous soucier de trouver une place, toutes prises. L'appartement était fonctionnel et propre, le lit fait et un ventilateur et des bouchons d'oreilles à disposition, ce qui était pratique.

Le sol était un peu collant car le produit ne devait pas avoir été assez dilué et il y a beaucoup de bruits car l'appartement est à proximité de la gare avec beaucoup de passage, avec ou sans les fenêtres ouvertes. Les parties communes sentaient très mauvais, mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire. En canicule, les autres appartements laissaient leurs portes ouvertes, ce qui ajoutait au bruit déjà présent.

Déçue de notre séjour au Terminus

La situation du studio en plein centre. La propreté et équipement du studio.

J' avais choisi ce studio pour me garer facilement mais il n'y a pas de place réservée sur le parking qui est minuscule donc c'est pile ou face. Les parties communes de l'immeuble étaient très sales, pour un logement sans place de parking ce studio est trop cher.

un peu décevant

parking très pratique les hôtes sont disponibles et très arrangeant, un bon point studio sympa surtout la cuisine, connexion wifi parfaite , dans un coin à l'étage mais :

salle de bain minuscule, la douche sans bac c'est vraiment pas top du tout , il y a rapidement de l'eau partout ... le gros point noir pour ma part est le lit qui arrive vraiment à la fin , matelas en mauvais état . dommage car ses deux points font du studio un mauvais rapport qualité prix par rapport a d autres ...

Proche de la gare, facile accès autonome , bonne correspondance avec les propriétaires. C'était propre! Le balcon est aussi vraiment nickel

Le lit est 2 petits lits , c'était pas confortable pour dormir . Présence de courant d’air. Pas de douche cabine , uniquement un rideau

trés bien sauf le temps

Un appartement très bien placé à 2 minutes du centre ville et le parking gratuit de la location. Nous avons pu connaitre la propriétaire suite à un réglage bénin de télé qui est venue immédiatement. Chapeau et Merci.
