Enjoy all that Melbourne Beach's magical island has to offer with all the conveniences of home. This charming townhome is situated an easy 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orlando's International Airport and theme parks, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. Our beachfront home is located less than 1 mile from the beautiful Spressard Holland Golf Course and is close to restaurants, entertainment and tree covered parks that can be found within walking distance or a short bike ride.
This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located directly on the ocean with 2 balconies and a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. In May through October, sea turtles can be found nesting along the pristine beach - certainly an experience not to be forgotten.
This home offers 2 large, newly renovated, king-sized master suites with breathtaking ocean views. A third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for young family members. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials to enjoy a cozy meal at home either inside or outside on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi for your convenience.

If you want a crowded beach and a well stocked condo, do not stay here. If you want a private beach with very few people this is for you. Condo is exactly as pictured and the updated kitchen was nice. Jim and Bard are great host.

Enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from this condo. Everything was labeled and well organized for ease of use. The property contact was quick to respond and fix a minor issue we had. Upstairs bedrooms were too warm for our preference so we had to have split sleeping arrangements.

My wife and I brought our 3 children down for a few nights and we're very pleased with the home. I don't say rental, because it felt like home. We have been renting houses and condos to vacation in for 20 years, and this is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. You need to bring nothing except clothes and food. The home was spotless when we arrived. We cooked a lot of meals, and the kitchen and grill were great. The view of the ocean from the livingroom couch was excellent. The walk to the beach was super easy and the dune crossover has a shower and hose to wash off sand. The area is quiet and the beach was nearly empty of people. We watched the sea turtles come up and lay eggs every night. Washer and dryer were large and nice, and we packed up mostly clean clothes to return home. An enormous advantage that this place has over any other beach rental is a lack of mosquitoes at night. Melbourne beach sprays for them, and it's so nice to sit out in the sand at night watching turtles without getting stung up. Thanks Christiansen family for hosting us!

House was fantastic. Waking up to the sounds of the Atlantic, and then enjoying coffee on the upper balcony watching the ocean, made it worth every penny. Grilling by the ocean was a first for me, and I 10/10 recommend. Jim was attentive to any need that arose, and is a stand up host who I would be glad to do business with again. Couldn't ask for better accommodations. Rent it, you'll see.
